How Billing Works

Good To Drone is billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. You can see your next billing date in the app under account settings.

When you subscribe, Stripe stores your payment method and handles all future charges. We never see your full card number.

How to Cancel

Canceling is straightforward:

That is it. Stripe will send you a confirmation email. If you run into any trouble, email [email protected] and we will cancel it for you manually.

What Happens After Canceling

Your paid features stay active through the end of your current billing period. On the next renewal date, your account automatically drops to the free tier. You will not be charged again.

Free tier features - basic 12-hour weather assessments, Go/No-Go scoring, and airspace data - remain available to you forever at no cost.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on subscription charges. When you cancel, you are stopping future charges - not reversing past ones. This is a standard practice for subscription software services.

We think this is fair because: canceling immediately stops future billing, you keep full access for the remaining days in your cycle, and the free tier covers essential features at no cost.

If you were charged in error - for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you had already canceled - contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

Upgrading or Downgrading

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Account Deletion

If you want your account and all associated data deleted, email [email protected]. We will cancel any active subscription and delete your data within 30 days.
